I recently stumbled into an exciting Catholic apostolate called VirtueMedia.org.  This organization produces wonderful pro-life radio and television commercials that run on secular stations nationwide.  All of their commercials may be listened to online, and many of them are quite heart warming.  Listen to them, forward them to your friends and family, or even better — donate!

A couple of centuries ago, slavery was the defining issue of the time for our country.  Now, it’s abortion.  It is every bit as polarizing, and it is every bit as evil — even more so, actually.  We as Catholics must embrace life in every stage from conception to natural death.  We must vocally and monetarily support pro-life causes.  Calling oneself pro-life without actually supporting life issues in any way is not really pro-life, it is neutrality.  Being neutral is only marginally better than being pro-abortion.

Organizations like Virtue Media are doing all of the work.  All they need from us is their support.
